Cram Fighter Refund Policy
Your workload is complicated enough, so we wanted to keep our refund policy simple, honest, and fair! In order to keep our policy fair and our prices low, we do not allow exceptions beyond those listed below.
Common examples of refunds we can approve:
I just purchased an account and forgot to apply my discount code; oh no!
- We’re happy to apply a retroactive discount code within 48 hours of your purchase.
Recurring (Monthly) Subscriptions
I forgot to cancel my recurring monthly subscription before it was renewed.
- If you let us know within 3 days after your renewal date, we’ll be happy to refund you the extra month. Just cancel your subscription and then drop us a note so we can refund the extra charge.
I purchased a 1-year plan, but I was only able to use it for 10 months. Can I get a partial refund?
- We cannot offer partial refunds for multi-month plans. However, if your plans change, we do offer pausing options.
All Subscriptions Packages
I’ve been using Cram Fighter for a week and don’t think it’s right for me.
- No problem, if you decide Cram Fighter isn’t right for you within 7 days of your purchase, you can have your money back. If you haven’t yet purchased, we offer a free 7-day trial, so you can make sure Cram Fighter is right for you!
